Job Description:
Our vision is to train individuals in dynamic hands-on ministry skills and nurture and develop their unique spiritual gifts and passions. Each year we select single college-age interns (19-26) who will be assigned to a ministry overseer whose gifts and talents_noemailpliment theirs. This year we will be selecting 12 interns. Available ministry areas include for August 21 2015-August 14 2016:
o Children's Ministry (4 Positions Open)
o Communications/Outreach (Position Open)
o High School Ministry (Position Open, Female)
o Junior High Ministry (Position Open, Female)
o Small Groups/Missions (Position Open)
o Worship/Special Events (2 Positions Open)
o Worship/Tech (Position Open)
o Young Adult Ministry (Position Open, Male)

Intern surf day 2014
This is an energetic and challenging 50 hour-a-week program designed to sharpen and train our interns so that they are fully equipped to serve God in every area of ministry from the mission field to the marketplace. Each week, our interns spend 40 hours dedicated to their area of specialty. The rest of their time will include serving the church in our cafe or facility upkeep.
