Job Description:

Gurnee Community Church, a non-denominational Christian church, is seeking an experienced, talented leader for the position of Director of Worship & Creative Communications. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a field appropriate for this position, is a Christian grounded in the authority of the Scripture and centrality of Christ in salvation and has demonstrated the gifting and ability to effectively encourage and develop worship leaders and teams. Experience in leading worship in the local church with both traditional and contemporary styles is required as well as strong_noemailmunication and_noemailanizational skills.

Position Overview: The Director of Worship & Creative Communication is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and oversight of the use of the arts in worship and other ministries at GCC. This position in includes leadership of music ministries as well as technical arts and other practical aspects of worship experiences at GCC. It also includes the leadership of drama, video, and graphic design used not only in worship, but also in other areas of ministry and ministry_noemailmunication.
