Job Description:

Overbrook Presbyterian Church seeks an experienced administrative assistant to provide support to the Pastor, church_noemailmittees and staff, perform we_noemailing receptionist duties, coordinate with users of the building, maintain the church website, newsletter and other printed and electronic_noemailmunications.

Applicants should have four years secretarial experience, including two in a senior position. Position requires knowledge of church work, customer service, time management,_noemailmunication skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Position needs a detail-oriented, quick learner and a team player with a positive attitude, good judgment, and strong_noemailanizational skills. Position requires diplomacy and tact and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
