Job Description:

Our growing, young, urban, multi-ethnic and deeply diverse church seeks a worship centered, experienced and skilled musician to co-lead our Worship Team. The Director of Music will lead the instrumental team alongside our Worship Leader who directs the vocal team. This half-time position includes leading weekly rehearsals, two services on Sunday, as well as support for our after-school program and special events.

Experience in music direction within mid to large church settings is a plus. Skill set includes high musical and instrumental capacity, ability to direct a team with both skilled and novice volunteer musicians, fluency across Gospel, CCM, Hillsong and other styles, and vocal talent. Heart set includes a desire to see your team grow, pastoral eyes to see to their needs, passion for partnership in leading, and huge enthusiasm for worship and the Word of God.

Sunday Worship takes place in South Baltimore - our offices are in East Baltimore. Compensation is_noemailpetitive and matched to experience!
