Job Description:
Beulah Missionary Church is a medium-sized church in Northern Indiana who is rebuilding after a decade of decline. One of our recent strategic changes is the search for a full-time Director/Pastor of Children's Ministries. This person will join a ministry staff that includes a young senior pastor, a former megachurch senior pastor, and some part-time staff, all of whom are_noemailmitted to helping people connect to Jesus and grow in their relationship with him.
The Director of Children's Ministries (DCM) is responsible for the development and implementation of the vision, strategy, and tactical elements for all programs, activities and educational aspects related to Children's Ministry at Beulah Missionary Church. DCM is responsible for the staffing and implementation of Sunday Morning Children's Church (252), Wee Worship (Preschool), and nursery; and Wednesday Night AWANA and nursery. Additionally, the DCM is responsible for 2 outreaches per year – a fall outreach (historically a Harvest Party), and a summer outreach (historically VBS) as well as regular smaller outreach/fellowship events throughout the year.
