Connections Pastor Job - Real Life Christian Church, Clermont, Florida

Reports to: Clermont Campus Pastor

Responsibilities:
Guest Services – Oversees the Guest Services Team(s) during the weekend services.
Outside: Traffic, Transportation. Lobby: Greeters, We_noemaile Center. Auditorium: Auditorium Prep, Communion Prep, Auditorium Hosts and Ushers.

Guest Follow Up – Oversees the Follow Up Teams that we_noemaile first time guests to help guide them to connect with the church and b_noemailing a member.

Spiritual Mentoring – Oversees the Spiritual Mentoring Team who follows up with guests who faith related questions to helps them with their next step.

Membership Tracking Team – Oversees Membership Team that helps track the engagement and activity of members; as well as identifies and follows up with those who have b_noemaile inactive.

Qualifications: Experience as a Pastor, Leader, Coordinator, Team Player, Developer, Recruiter and Communicator. College degree preferred.

Work Schedule: Regular office hours, Monday–Thursday and Weekend Services on Saturday and Sunday 40 hours/week
