Job Description:

Central United Methodist Church of Fayetteville, Arkansas is a 4,800 member church seeking applications for the full-time position, Director of Youth Ministries. This position is responsible for implementation of all Central Youth Ministries (CYM) objectives, values, programs, and the lives and well-being of our youth attending the 7th – 12th grades. A bachelor's degree is required and appropriate certifications are desired. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated ability to lead, vision, plan, coordinate, manage, and implement a youth ministry program. The ability to work effectively with youth, diverse individuals and a team of volunteers is essential. Salary is_noemailmensurate with experience. A full slate of benefits is available.
