Job Description:

Position: Pastor of Children and Families
Responsible to: Dr. David Palmer, Senior Pastor
Supervises: a growing CFM leadership team, 50 volunteers, and 125 children

Kenwood Baptist Church is looking for the person God is calling to serve as our Pastor of Children and Families. We are seeking a shepherd and mentor who meets the following qualifications and demonstrates the following skills. We are open to a man, woman or couple filling this full-time position. We are eager to we_noemaile this person into our church family, to support and follow his/her leadership, and to minister together for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Spiritual Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a:

Particular calling to children's ministry at Kenwood
The ideal candidate will be:
Organized and adaptable
Enthusiastic and energetic

Professional Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor's degree
Theological training, preferably a master's degree
Experience (3+ years of ministry experience preferred)
