Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in video production or related field or four years equivalent work experience; large church setting preferred
Proficiency in all aspects of video editing/production, including but not limited to Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Adobe Suite
Intermediate /advanced knowledge of Pro Presenter, Planning Center Online, and Adobe Creative Cloud; working knowledge of PC and Macintosh systems
Honed interpersonal skills and significant experience in managing personnel and/or recruiting/sustaining volunteer teams
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Oversee all aspects of media arts production.
Create graphics/branding elements in digital format for use in worship services (including but not limited to screen graphics, video, worship lyrics presentation, sermon support) and as-needed special event and ministry promotions.
Create, film, edit, and implement video content for Sunday morning and special project use. Record/edit digital audio for weekly podcast. Load messages to iTunes and web.
Produce/direct video_noemailponents of worship services, including but not limited to sermon support.
Design and provide creative/digital elements for social media and the kpc_noemail website.
Develop, recruit, train, and spiritually lead media arts teams to execute technology for worship services and as-needed ministry events. Oversee the coordination/ scheduling of volunteers.
Attend weekly staff meetings and worship planning sessions.
Offer input regarding departmental budgeting/expenses; evaluate purchasing, including capital equipment and routine production and graphic assets.
Candidate must be imaginative, energetic, resourceful, relational, a quick problem-solver,_noemailposed in a fast-paced environment, intentional in relationship building, and positive in attitude. While he/she must be able to work independently, take appropriate initiative, and set and meet deadlines, the ability to work effectively in team situations is indispensable.
