Parkview Christian Church is seeking a passionate Worship Leader. Most importantly, this person must possess the ability to lead worship experiences that create opportunities for people to connect meaningfully and intimately with the heart of God. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient both vocally and instrumentally (and preferrably lead worship with guitar as their primary instrument). They will be expected to have proven team-building skills as well as administrative aptitude. Additionally, candidates for this position should possess the demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and shepherd volunteers that are a part of our music teams. Flexibility, team-building, and problem-solving skills are essential.

This is a brand new role on our Worship & Creative Arts Ministriy staff team and was created because of our consistent and continuing growth. The Worship Leader will report to the Music Team Director and be part of a highly centralized, collaborative team that includes several other musicians/leaders.
