West Houston Chinese Church (WHCC) is a growing congregation who seek staff with a desire to use their talents and skills to help build the Kingdom of God. WHCC is currently looking for a Christ-follower with a passion for God and a love for children, to lead the Children's Ministry to its next level.

This individual will be marked by the following qualifications for the purpose of successfully executing the responsibilities of the role:

-Experienced in Children's Ministry or related ministry environment.
-Possess a leadership scope that can_noemailfortably work around a multi-staff, multi-cultural, and multi-faceted environment.
-Likely have the ability to converse in Mandarin-Chinese, with fluency in the English language in both verbal and written capacities.
-Seamlessly ‘fit' and ‘meet' the linguistic and cultural necessities/parameters of WHCC.
-Understand curriculum and its integration within the context of learning, while maintaining flexibility in navigating through various curricula with ease.
-A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
-Well equipped with a strong ability to offer leadership to the Children's Ministry and its constituents.
-A strong and_noemailanized administrative ability with an u_noemailpromising spiritual maturity and ethnical character at the core of their work ethic.
-Proven success in cross-cultural ministry is a significant plus.
