Job Description:

Growing and family oriented Evangelical Free Church in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is seeking a full-time Director of Children's Ministry (birth through 5th grade) to equip leaders, implement ministry and shepherd families. Discipling more than 200 children, Stonebridge Church is looking for a self motivated, team player who possesses an understanding of how to grow children's ministry and equip parents to disciple their children.

As a member of the pastoral and directors team, the Director of Children's Ministry should be a:
-Mature and growing follower of Christ
-Strong leader with the ability to implement age-appropriate ministry
-Excellent_noemailmunicator of church-wide vision and direction
-Skilled recruiter and developer of both student and adult volunteers

Qualifications:

A qualified applicant should have children's ministry experience, a bachelors degree (Bible training preferred) and a desire to impact our community.
