Women's Minister Job - Fellowship Bible Church, Roswell, Georgia

This person serves Fellowship Bible Church through overseeing the spiritual development of and championing the interests of all the women of our body. They will oversee specific ministries to women as well as working towards every woman at Fellowship being a disciple who makes disciples and expanding the leadership ceilings and opportunities for the women of the church. They will work collaboratively with other ministries such as Discipleship, Care, Students, and Children to a_noemailplish this mission and will be part of the Executive Team directly reporting to the Lead Staff Pastor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Leadership Development

• Champion the gifting and calling of women at Fellowship


• Identify, equip, and release women into strategic ministry areas


• Create a culture and process of discipling of women that leads to disciples who make disciples

Shepherding Care

• Be a visible representative for the women of Fellowship Bible Church and serve as a connection point for them and their needs


• Be able to offer biblically-guided spiritual counsel to those women needing such and work with the Care Ministry as well as Discipleship Pastor to help them take next steps


• Always be thinking about how we can best serve the unique needs of the women of the church

Program Oversight

• Provide direct leadership to the Women's Ministry volunteer leaders


• Oversee and lead the vision and programs of the Women's Ministry working with the leadership team to determine the best opportunities for equipping through those venues


• Evaluate other programs and events that would further equip the women of Fellowship


• Within the framework of Up, In, and Out, ensure that we have appropriate opportunities for the women of Fellowship to be equipped and sent to their respective mission fields


• Maintain alignment to the church's mission and vision in all areas of programming and activity


• Develop annual plans, objectives and budgets in accordance with Fellowship's vision for ministry to women

Personal Growth

• Conduct daily personal prayer time and devotional studies and attend seminars, workshops and other forms of continuing education as a means of self-development and growth
