Candidates need to have a good blend of creativity,_noemailmunications skills and administrative skills along with a servant's heart towards senior leadership. Good oral and written_noemailmunication skills, a team player, strong work ethic and a mindset that honors deadlines and weekly reporting requirements are also vital to this position, (a Bachelors degree is strongly desired). Most importantly, we desire a person with exceptional people skills, a mindset for expansion and regional influence, and one who also knows how to operate and thrive in a culture of honor and revival.

Harvest Church is a multi-site, contemporary Charismatic church located in Turlock (Central California - population approx. 75,000)
