The Congregation of Temple Baptist Church is looking for a man or woman of God who has been called to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. He or she should embrace the Ten Commandments of God and the teachings of Jesus Christ through their daily living. He or she should demonstrate that they study the Bible to show themselves approved and should show the ability to teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He or she should have a vision for the expansion of the membership and growth of Temple Baptist Church. He or she should demonstrate leadership qualities that can inspire young persons in the_noemailmunity to join in with the existing membership of our congregation to promote the spiritual growth of the church and service to our_noemailmunity.
The candidate must be a leader who is a licensed Baptist Minister, ordained in a Baptist Church. Must possess a minimum of a B.A. degree in Divinity of Theology from an accredited institution. Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Baptist Pastor or as an Associate/Assistant Pastor. Must have 5 years of Business Management, Conflict Management, Strategic Planning in a similar church setting, along with a valid Driver's License. Must have a sound knowledge of Baptist Doctrine and Articles of Faith and be able to preach effectively from the Holy Bible.
