Lead / Teaching Pastor Job - Vertical Church, Fort Branch, Indiana

The Lead Pastor / Teaching Pastor will work alongside the pastoral leadership team and the elders to provide the vision and leadership and plan services for Vertical Church as well as provide at least 80% of the Sunday preaching. He will acknowledge that his work is enabled by the Holy Spirit, supported by prayer, guided by Scripture, and carried out in the name of Jesus Christ for the glory of God the Father. As a member of the Elder Board, and as an overseer/shepherd, he will provide Biblical direction and leadership so that members are built up in faith and maturity to b_noemaile more like Christ. Other duties include:

Provide ongoing overview for the Elder Body regarding the exploration and implementation of our vision.
Maintain regular contact with all Elders and closely work with the pastoral leadership team to ensure seamless leadership within all areas of ministry.
Preach, teach, and counsel as needed
Proactively model and implement creative ways to effectively_noemailmunicate church-wide mission.
