Job Description:
This position exists to create and maintain a safe environment for people as they occupy the Christ Lutheran Church and School campus.
The primary function of the Technician is to support the ministry by performing general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other general repairperson skills. This position sets-up for events and functions on the property. The technician would manage a housekeeping team and provide disinfecting and clean-up duties as needed during the day.
This is an hourly full-time position.

Qualifications:
Previous maintenance or repairperson experience required. Working knowledge of email and the use of web-based tools is also required. Specialized skills, creativity, and Excel spreadsheet knowledge and experience are a plus.
