Reports To: Elder Board
Summary:
Refuge believes in a collaborative leadership style and we expect our Lead Pastor to model this for the church. He is responsible for three core activities:
* Facilitating the strategic direction for Refuge with the Elders.
* Primary Teaching Elder
* Daily administrative responsibility for Refuge

About VanAllen:
We are a church located in West Point, GA and are looking for a Lead Pastor. We have a passion to connect with those around us hurting in the community. Our new Lead Pastor will find an Elder Board looking to learn and engage and a body that is looking for real conversations. Refuge just celebrated 11 years and we are excited about the future. This is a full time paid position and ideal for somebody who is looking to help lead a church filled with broken, but thankful people. That is why we are "Refuge."
