Job Description:

Central Fellowship Baptist Church is looking for a Lead Pastor who will work in a collaborative manner with the Leadership Team and the church, focusing on fulfilling the mission, vision and values of the church for the advancement of the Kingdom of God. This individual will be a champion, facilitator, creator and innovator for the team. He will passionately lead and equip the church in outreach and sharing the gospel leading through mentoring and discipleship. He will encourage and pursue ways to be relevant to all generations and to those who are not engaged in Christian_noemailmunity. He will motivate and empower the church through coaching and personal example.

Must be able to work in Canada.

Central Fellowship Baptist Church (CFBC) is a long-standing church ministering to the community of Prince George, BC, and affiliated with Fellowship Pacific which is part of the Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist Churches in Canada. Started in 1966, CFBC has been led over the years by 6 capable pastors. Together as Jesus' disciples, we see our mission is to make disciples as summarized in the great commission given by Jesus in Matthew 28:18-20.
