Job Title: Next Gen Pastor

Job Status: Full time

Hours: 40hrs per week

FLSA Status: Exempt

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

To lead and execute kids ministry, middle and high school students, and young adults. Also to enhance the growth of the Banning Campus Next Gen ministry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:.
Must be passionate about Jesus and have a desire to provide youth with a place to belong (birth through young adults)
Knowledgeable in current youth discipleship methods and curriculum
Establish and manage goals for campus-wide youth programs, developing
innovate strategies and deploying volunteers
Recruit, develop, and oversee volunteers
Prepare and implement an annual budget proposal
Assist youth leaders by providing opportunities to serve in the_noemailmunity
Present and share the gospel with lost youth and parents on a regular basis
Develop and execute a strong parent ministry: equipping, connecting
and_noemailmunicating regularly with parents
Strong_noemailmunication skills, both written and oral
Maintain a humble spirit and_noemailmitment to teamwork with other
pastors, staff, and church members
Exhibits strong administrative_noemailanizational, and interpersonal skills
Any other assigned duties given by Campus Pastor or Sunrise Executive team to meet the needs of Sunrise Church
