Job Description:
Looking for a couple that is innovative in ministry, works well on a team, and has a passion to expand the Kingdom of God. The couple will be stepping into a church where most of the staff is bi-vocational with exception of the lead pastor and this new role.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is to fill a few part-time roles that have recently b_noemaile available. Young Adults is a strong primary focus, and as such, the applicant must have some experience in Young Adult ministry. The role will also be over discipleship which includes Christian education, small groups, and assimilation. Community outreach and missions will also fall under this couple's responsibilities. We are very_noemailmunity-oriented and need someone to help us make an even greater impact in our local_noemailmunity. Abundant Life currently supports ~30 missionaries or ministries and is interested in_noemailanizing and leading short-term missions trips.

Qualifications:
Baptized in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of Speaking in tongues
Minimum 5 years experience in full-time church ministry
Experience in Young Adults Ministry
Bachelor degree from reputable Bible School required – Graduate level degree preferred
Married couple with a team approach is required
Possesses good organizational and communication skills: written, verbal, and interpersonal
Innovative thinker and great team player
Be willing to mentor others personally and in ministry
Strong community focus/Heart for the local community
Credentialed, Licensed or Ordained with Assemblies of God is preferred but not required
Short term missions experience preferred
