Job Title: Youth Pastor
Job Status: Full time
Hours of work: 40 hrs per week
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
To lead and execute youth and to enhance the growth of Sunrise Church.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be passionate about Jesus and have a desire to provide youth with a place to belong
Knowledgeable in current youth discipleship methods and curriculum
Establish and manage goals for campus-wide youth programs, developing, innovating strategies and deploying volunteers
Recruit, develop, and oversee volunteers
Assist youth leaders by providing opportunities to serve in the_noemailmunity
Present and share the gospel with lost youth and parents on a regular basis
Develop and execute a strong parent ministry: equipping, connecting and_noemailmunicating regularly with parents
Strong_noemailmunication skills, both written and oral
Maintain a humble spirit and_noemailmitment to teamwork with other pastors, staff, and church members
Exhibits strong administrative_noemailanizational, and interpersonal skills
Any other assigned duties given by Campus Pastor or Sunrise Executive team to meet the needs of Sunrise Church
