Church Administrator: Part Time
Job Description:
OneLife Church is seeking a positive, high-energy, motivated candidate to add to our team. This person will make our ministry more effective by bringing increased order to our church plant in Irmo, SC. As the Church Administrator, you will use your talents to facilitate the functions of the church office, daily tasks of the church, and bring added support to the Lead Pastor.
General Responsibilities:
+Manage daily operations (phones, e/mail, supplies, filing, building usage/security, oversee cleaning_noemailpany, and maintain church records via Planning Center).
+Provide administrative support/assistance for Lead Pastor.
+Coordinate OLC Calendar and facilitate events (Weekends, gatherings, special events, etc.; to include but not limited to volunteers, foods, gifts, décor, and set up).
+Manage OLC responses for guests, prayer requests, new givers, etc.
+Coordinate with vendors (graphic designer, business partners, printers, etc.)
+Assist Lead Pastor at public services/events and create weekend sermon slides
+Working knowledge of social media
+Ability to use/capacity to learn: Planning Center, Bill_noemail, Mailchimp, ProPresenter
Hours:
Sunday: 8-12
Monday: 1-5
Tuesday: 2-6
Wednesday: 1-5
Thursday: 2-6
Friday: Off
Saturday: Off
