Summary: We are prayerfully looking for a well-seasoned, kind hearted, Jesus loving individual to lead our church family in our Sunday and overall worship experience. He will develop and implement an overall ministry that will promote, within the congregation, uplifting and biblically sound worship experiences. We are looking for someone who will be available to lead, but not necessarily host, a bi-weekly Home Group. He will be available for basic counseling situations and hospital visitations when needed. He may be asked to preach once or twice a year, but if he is not comfortable with this, it's not necessarily a deal breaker.
This could be a full time position, or part time. We would love to talk with you about it.

Job Qualifications:
Must have completed a discipline of study especially designed to equip him for worship/music and church ministry (B.S., B.A., Master's degree, etc.). Demonstrates an aptitude in the area of leading worship and music development. He has a sound knowledge of Scripture and an ability to effectively apply Scriptural principles in ministry. Candidate must be a stable, mature, and growing Christian with an exemplary personal and family life. To give evidence of a lifestyle committed to personal worship and prayer. To be committed to intentioned teamwork with other pastoral staff and ministries within the church. To be in agreement with the basic doctrinal position of Living Word Church, and the essentials of the faith. To possess the abilities to encourage lay involvement in the areas of music, worship, and leadership development. To be proficient in cutting edge technology (SongShowPlus (Pro-presenter in the future possibly), sound & lights, and website maintenance, a plus.
