The Worship Arts Team supports the mission of Stonewater Fellowship by facilitating meaningful corporate worship experiences both onsite and via Livestream. This allows people both onsite and online to engage in a spirit filled worship experience, a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ, experience authentic_noemailmunity with others, and connect with those who may not yet have a personal relationship with Him.
This position provides leadership and directions to the worship and technical arts team that integrates music, media and the arts in order to provide an inclusive culture of worship.
The Worship Arts Director has primary responsibility of pastoring the team members to grow in their gifting and leadership, as well as the planning and development of the worship arts ministry of Stonewater Fellowship, including but not limited to, directing and overseeing both site-based and livestreamed aspects of weekly worship as well as facilitating worship for holidays, special projects, events, services, conferences, etc. as requested.
This is a paid ministry staff position. The Director serves as part of the Stonewater staff leadership team, reporting to the Lead Pastor and Executive Director. Compensation based on experience,_noemailpetency and skill sets.
