Job Description:
Senior Pastor is the spiritual leader of Renewal Church
Supervise and oversees all church staff, business and affairs
Shall prayerfully provide overall vision and leadership to the church, by working with the staff,
Elders and Ministry Team Leaders.
Performs the duties of his position in a manner acceptable to the elder board.
Senior pastor shall seek to minister in his area of giftedness
Is primarily to be a teacher of the Word of the God, stressing both the understanding and
application of God's truth.
His goal is to bring believers into maturity in Christ helping them experience healing, equipping
and empowering

Bachelor's Degree from Bible College or has Seminary Training
Church leadership experience. Pastoral experience preferred
