Work to a_noemailplish the mission to "lead revival" through the Greenhouse Kids ministry by loving kids and families into the family of God.
Lead and oversee all Greenhouse Kids staff, ensuring that they operate according to the desired culture of Grace Church and promoting their professional development.
Lead care for kids and their families, investing into their lives and facilitating the development of strategies for building relationships between enrolled families and the people of Grace Church.
Oversee curriculum designation and use in_noemailpliance with state regulations.
Interview, hire, and train new staff in coordination with the Executive Pastor.
Establish policies and_noemailmunicate them to staff and parents.
Develop educational programs and standards, maintaining a high instructional standard.
Secure available grants.
Assist staff in_noemailmunicating with parents and kids, and meet with parents and staff to discuss student progress.
Prepare and manage budgets, and allocate program funds, and ensure that the ministry remains profitable.
Maintain a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for kids.
Ensure that center facilities are safe for children and_noemailply with laws and regulations.
Complete ongoing training and courses to remain up to date on daycare standards and procedures.
Develop and facilitate a marketing and_noemailmunications plan.
Press into your relationship with Jesus authentically and consistently.
Be a regularly attending part of the Grace Church family.
Be present for staff and director meetings.
Spend time each month developing your own personal job-related skills.
Maintain unity with the staff and leaders, and act in an honoring way toward others.
Classification: Full-time, exempt
Hourly Commitment: 40 hours per week
