Three major ou_noemailes of the Position:
1. To make a great first impression with guests, so that they sense we anticipated their arrival, they were we_noemailed personally and kindly, they were able to participate with ease in way finding and directions, and they could quickly and easily discern a next step in connecting with Schweitzer.
2. To craft the next step of connection by the creating and launching new small group experiences so that guests b_noemaile friends who grow in the faith.
3. To facilitate integration into serving with Schweitzer by sharing opportunities and connecting interested persons with leaders of their preferred ministries.

Specific responsibilities and on-going tasks include (but are not limited to):
First Impressions
- recruitment, empowering, and care for First Impressions team of Volunteers
-_noemailanizing and inviting new guests to the "All In" new guests experience
- oversight of Hospitality coordinator
- Coordinate with Communications Director regarding signage, internal building_noemailmunication and aesthetics for a great first impression
Small Groups
- Create, Invite, and Gather newly identified guests into a small group experience
- At the end, participants will have the beginnings of a small group, with a growing sense of belonging
- Collaborate with lay small groups team to support existing small groups
Connecting to ministries
- have a general awareness of the breadth of ministries so that interests can be matched with opportunities
- create two or three general on-ramps/service opportunities that are broad in engagement and bless either the local_noemailmunity and/or the church body
This position may be suited for person pursuing a pastoral role, or it may be a director level position.
