YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULT
Are you passionate about Youth and Young Adults and feel the Holy Spirit's call to use your gifts? If so, we are looking for you! We have an opening for an individual with a passion for nurturing faith in others, leading ministry groups with volunteer teams, and serving Christ in the church. This dynamic individual will lead ministry initiatives that encourage young persons to use their gifts, grow spiritually through biblical application, and participate in a genuine church_noemailmunity. Faith_noemailmitment, care for others and relational skills are the characteristics that we value for this role.

Qualifications:
1. Ability to organize and coordinate activities, programs, trips, and projects
2. Integrate faith and life experience in teaching and mentoring
3. Facilitate team leadership and team building with all volunteers
4. Provide leadership development in youth and young adults
5. Communicate clearly and respectfully in all settings
6. Willingness to grow in other pastoral capacities such as preaching, visitation and providing counsel
7. Willing to receive constructive feedback, counsel, and evaluation for the purpose of growing in one’s ministry abilities.
