Lead and_noemailanize discipleship, missions, and fellowship opportunities. (e.g., United Youth, Summer Camp, Sunday School, on-campus and off-campus discipleship and fellowship initiatives.)
Develop student and youth volunteer leaders with diverse gifts and personalities.
Resolve conflict biblically.
Provide counselling and spiritual guidance to students on an appropriate individual basis.
Maintain contact with students and parents, keeping them informed of ongoing activities. Keep parents updated on ministry strategies and plans in a way that encourages parental partnership.
Participate in the development and oversight of the youth ministry budget.
Seek to integrate student ministry into all facets of church life to create a culture that is intentionally intergenerational, striving to unite and_noemailplement other church ministries and church partnerships such as AWANA, United Youth, and Sunday Discipleship.
