Hours: 40 Hours per week

Primary Responsibilities:
Implementation of Music for weekly Worship Services, including coordinating special music
Coordination with Senior Pastor on worship planning
Lead weekly praise team practices
Coordinate and manage a quarterly schedule for worship team members to include but not limited to sound and video technicians, musicians, and special participants as needed
Recruit, retain, and replace as needed praise team members
Manage and report Music to CCLI as required
Manage, develop, and input creative power-point presentation for worship and special events
Coordinate, recruit and train sound and video technicians
Oversee all sound and video equipment maintenance, training, and replacement/upgrades
Maintain monthly payroll for specific worship participants
Schedule and coordinate instrument maintenance and tuning
Coordinate a choir on occasion for special services
Support the Children's Ministry Director, Youth Director, CEC, with musical and technical aspects of the Christmas Program, VBS, Sunday School, Youth Gathering, Outreach Events
In charge of ministry branding and social media presence, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, live streaming, etc
Participates with Technology and Worship Committees

Clear and undeniable testimony of Jesus Christ as being their Lord and Savior with a commitment to the reformed tradition
Self-starter than can manage time and strategic goals
Creative thinker willing to try new things
Friend and outgoing personality who works well with all age groups
Strong leader with excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
Willing to become a member of Graafschap CRC
