Worship Pastor Job - Crosswind Church, Union City, Tennessee

Job Description:
Create a worship environment in which people are free and safe to connect with God in a corporate environment while providing resources and inspiration as they connect with God privately throughout the week.

Responsibilities:
--Be present at Sunday morning worship.
--Regularly participate in an Adult HomeGroup.
--Media/Technology: To implement, maintain, and grow a strategy to seamlessly integrate media, music, sound, and lighting. (This may include but is not limited to: identifying and/or creating video presentations, utilizing technology such as Planning Center, ProPresenter, Ableton, Lighting programs, multitrack, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, etc.)
--Music: To implement, maintain, and grow a strategy that uses music in worship. (This may include but is not limited to: identifying and training musicians, scheduling musicians, leading worship from the stage, empowering others to lead worship, coordinating the Sunday morning services in conjunction with the Pastor and other staff, identifying and training media and sound volunteers, maintaining AV equipment— upgrading as necessary, rehearsing with all parties involved, etc)
--Pastoral Duties: Duties may include but are not limited to: Home visitation, hospital visitation, counseling, weddings and funerals, attending weekly staff meeting.
--Regular evaluation of the worship environments
--Keep informed on current worship and music methods, materials, promotion and administration, utilizing them where appropriate
--Prepare an annual budget
