Mount Olive Baptist serves as the oldest African American Church in Stafford County Virginia. Our vision is to carry out the Will of God and advance the Kingdom of God through discipleship that impact lives within the_noemailmunity.
We are searching for a Pastor that possesses impeccable moral and spiritual values, integrity, and one who is of a sound mind and character. The candidate must be Christ-led, experienced, licensed, and an ordained Baptist minister who is grounded in the Word of God and dedicated to building spiritually for God's service.
The elected Pastor will serve as the Senior Pastor (Chief Spiritual Officer) for Worship Services, Spiritual Leadership, Congregational Care, and Community Outreach. Main responsibilities for this position include_noemailmunicating God's Word, ministering to spiritual needs, and providing biblical leadership as required to sustain and grow the church. His character, qualifications, and actions must align with 1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus1:6-9; 1 Timothy 5:17; 2 Timothy 2:24-25; Malachi 3:10; Ephesians 4:11-13; and Galatians 5:22-23.

- Required: Candidate must have earned a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College, University, or Seminary, or Divinity School
- Preferred: Candidate has earned a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate's Degree of Divinity/Theology for an accredited College, University, Seminary, or Divinity School.
* Responsibilities:
The pastor shall serve as the chief under-shepherd of this local branch of Zion. Their main responsibilities will be to communicate God's Word, minister to spiritual needs, and provide biblical leadership as required to sustain and grow the church. Qualifications must align with 1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus1:6-9; 1 Timothy 5:17; 2 Timothy 2:24-25; Malachi 3:10; Ephesians 4:11-13; and Galatians 5:22-23.
