FBC Pea Ridge is a vibrant church located in the 5th fastest growing city in Arkansas. Northwest Arkansas is home to several large corporations, including JB Hunt, Tyson Foods, and Walmart, and is experiencing tremendous growth and development. Pea Ridge is located only 15 minutes from the new Walmart Home Office in Bentonville. Our church is a loving, we_noemailing environment with a wide age range in attendees from all walks of life. We strive to make everyone we encounter feel loved and accepted, and to fulfill the Great Commission given by Jesus in Matthew 28:19-20. We typically average around 180 on Sunday mornings. FBC Pea Ridge is searching for a full-time senior pastor who can lead us into the next phase of God's plan for our church. We are looking for a pastor who is a gifted, knowledgeable teacher who remains faithful to biblical truths and maintains a_noemailmitment to continuous personal development and growth; a strong and effective_noemailmunicator; an avid learner; a great leader and motivator who can help develop members into stronger leaders in the church and our_noemailmunity; and a passionate proponent of active participation in missions, both domestic and foreign.
