The Director of Advancement will be an experienced professional with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and have five years' work experience in the development of strong relationships/partnerships, a demonstrated track record of revenue generation, and solicitation. Familiarity with fundraising in a faith-based environment, including raising funds from congregations and their members is helpful. Awareness of trends in faith-based philanthropy is highly desirable. Well versed in planning and executing strategies that drive the attainment of annual and long-range revenue generation goals. He/she must be willing to travel domestically (40%). We are seeking a skilled leader and manager with strong organization and excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with families/guardians, residents, staff members, volunteers, and donors.
