Senior Minister Job - First Christian Church, Buffalo, Oklahoma

Qualifications
Below are the qualifications we are looking for our new minister to meet:
1. A degree in Theology, biblical studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.
2. Ordination or licensing as a pastor under Christian Church standards.
3. Proven experience in pastoral ministry, spiritual leadership, and_noemailmunity engagement.
4. Strong_noemailmunication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in_noemailanizational and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Here is a non-exhaustive list of the responsibilities and duties the pastor of First Christian Church Buffalo:
1. Preach biblically sound sermons on Sunday mornings that align with our church beliefs and practices (see attached Church Beliefs and Practices)
2. Help lead group Bible studies
3. Teach a Sunday School class
4. Collaborate with volunteers and elders to ensure the smooth operation of church ministries.
5. Be actively engaged in the_noemailmunity with congregants and potential future congregants.
6. Be a counselor/spiritual advisor to the congregants as needed.
Salary and Compensation
$32,000-$45,000 (depending on experience)
$850/mo. parsonage value
Up to $300/mo. utility allowance
$50/mo phone allowance
