1. Must be a called man of God to the position of Pastor.

2. Must meet the qualifications of a "bishop/pastor" of 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9

according to the Holy Bible.

3. Must agree with and uphold the Constitution and Bylaws of Faith Baptist Church,

Silver Springs, Nevada. Will be provided if you are contacted for an interview.

4. Must maintain a consistent habit of Bible study.

5. Prefer a degree from an accredited Bible school/seminary or equivalent

experience.

6. Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation.

Specific Qualifications:

1. Must present pastor search_noemailmittee with your testimony of salvation.

2. Must state in your resume your family members by relationship and age.

3. Must state in your resume your current church ministries and why you are seeking

a change.

4. Must state in your resume your preference for a specific Bible and if you are open to

other reliable Bibles, and if so, which ones.

5. If applicable, your past two ministries and why you left.

6. All other professional employment to date.

7. Must state in your resume your favorite area of biblical study.

8. Must state in your resume what you feel is your strongest people skill.

9. Must state in your resume whether you consider yourself more of an introvert or

extrovert and why you feel that way.

body of Christ at Faith Baptist Church and is_noemailmitted to shepherding this flock of

Christ in a manner that is pleasing to God.

2. We are seeking a God-called man who will not change the direction of Faith Baptist

Church but will continue moving forward toward a more-Christ centered body of

believers without bringing in man-made rules to the governance of the church.

3. We are seeking a man that will accept and execute the major responsibilities of:

being responsible for biblically shepherding families with an emphasis on

equipping, biblical edification and evangelism through outreach. Further, be

responsible for the general areas of ministry that include but are not inclusive of

oversight of all children's ministries such as: adults, young adults, children's Sunday

School, all adult ministries, Vacation Bible School, church nursery, Bible clubs and all

outreach efforts), development of youth ministries and all church related meetings,

events and outreach.

3. We are seeking a man that will make every effort to present himself and his family

as a living sacrifice for Jesus and set the example for the body of Christ at Faith

Baptist Church.

Additional job-related information:

1. This position is advertised as a bi-vocational Pastor

2. The current salary range for this position is between $2500 to $3000 a month.

3. The paid staff position of pastor does not_noemaile with benefits: no parsonage, no

insurance, no vehicle; however, the church van may be used for church related business.
