Key Responsibilities:
Video Production & Editing
Plan, shoot, and edit videos for church services, events, and other special projects.
Ensure all recorded content maintains a high standard of audio and video quality.
Set up, operate, and maintain video equipment, lighting, and sound systems.
Collaborate with church leadership to develop content that enhances worship experiences, educational programs, and promotional activities.
Create short videos and highlight reels for promotional purposes.
Social Media Management
Develop and implement a social media content strategy that reflects the church's mission and reaches our audience effectively.
Create engaging and creative content (posts, stories, graphics, videos) across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies as needed to keep content fresh and engaging.
Engage with followers, respond to_noemailments and messages, and foster an online_noemailmunity.
Other Responsibilities
Work with ministry leaders to create content that supports church programs and initiatives.
Archive and_noemailanize all digital media assets for easy retrieval and future use.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in video production and social media trends to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of content.
Assist in live streaming and ensuring the quality of live broadcasts during services and special events.
Preferred Skills:
Graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience in live streaming technologies and platforms.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate church events and services.
Work Environment:
This is an on-site position requiring work on Sundays and during other church events as needed.
