• Inspiring Worship Leadership: Craft meaningful worship experiences that blend cherished traditions with fresh approaches. From scripture study and liturgy creation to sermon preparation and musical collaboration, your leadership will guide our congregation in spiritual growth.
• Pastoral Care and Counseling: Provide compassionate care, guidance, and prayer to support our members in their spiritual journeys.
• Leadership Development: Empower our church community to create impactful ministries and programs that reach people of all ages.
• Strategic Planning: Shape the future of Grace UCC with innovative ideas for growth, particularly focusing on children, youth, and families.

Job Qualifications:

We are seeking a pastor who is:
• Relatable and Compassionate: A strong presence in both the church and the community.
• Creative and Energetic: Ready to reimagine programs and grow participation across all demographics.
• Visionary and Collaborative: Eager to work with local organizations to make Grace UCC a hub of connection and support.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Divinity from an accredited seminary and be willing to pursue ordination in the United Church of Christ. We are interested in candidates at all experience levels, including those that are nearing graduation and on a near-term path to being ordained. We also welcome ecumenically ordained ministers that meet the requirements of Dual Standing, as defined in the UCC's Formula of Agreement.
