About Meadow Spring Church:
Our purpose is to guide people into a refreshing relationship with Jesus Christ. We are currently a church of about 125 on a weekend. John & Sandy Laeger started Meadow in 1998 due to a burden and passion to build a church which reaches the individual and family who does not attend church. We are a non-denominational church. While our doctrine is conservative, we work hard at crafting and building a church which is on the cutting edge of methodology using whatever means necessary (without sin) to reach and connect with the unchurched. We are located in Chaska, Minnesota which has a population of 30,000 and is a Southwest suburb of Minneapolis. Chaska is a big-town with a small-town vibe just 20 minutes from the big city and all it offers, but yet just minutes away from the quiet country. Competitive salary and benefits will be discussed and determined through the interview process.
We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an energetic, vibrant, and high-capacity leader who loves Jesus, loves the local church, has the desire to see lost people find Jesus and followers of Jesus grow a refreshing and deep faith. Our Next Gen Pastor will provide leadership, vision, and direction for all ministries involving children, youth, and young adults. The Next Gen Pastor will ensure the spiritual formation, discipleship, and development of these age groups while creating an environment where they can grow in their faith and feel connected to the Meadow Spring Church community. This requires collaboration with staff, volunteers, and parents, as well as a commitment to evangelism, mentorship, and community outreach. Our Next Gen Pastor must be someone who loves to laugh, is a team player, and able to build a fun-loving team with the camaraderie of a close-knit family. Our Next Gen Pastor needs to be creative, not afraid to think outside the box, or do the unconventional.
