Job Description:
The Next Gen Pastor oversees all aspects of the Children's Ministry, Youth Ministry, and Young Adults Ministry, focusing on creating a spiritually supportive and engaging environment for children, youth, young adults, and their families. This role emphasizes relationship-building, empowerment, discipleship, and event coordination, fostering personal and spiritual growth within each age group. The Next Gen Pastor also provides spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and volunteer development, ensuring that each ministry area runs smoothly and aligns with Westgate's vision; so all people experience, Christ.
Qualifications:
-Passion for ministry and the development of people.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Excellent communication and relational skills with children, youth, young adults, parents, and volunteers.
-Experience in children's, youth, or young adults' ministry or a similar educational program.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to digital ministry platforms.
-Strong leadership skills, empowering and equipping volunteers.
