Job Description:

Looking for a Pastor that will lead our congregation spiritually, create new disciples and be biblically centered. The Pastor is to be punctual, enthusiastic,_noemailanized and prepared to deliver their sermon. The Pastor is responsible for all aspects of ensuring the congregation is connecting with one another and building a_noemailmunity through strong, healthy and biblically centered ministry. This includes working with the board to develop and execute an annual plan to build our congregation spiritually and make disciples, group leaders, group development, ongoing leadership and coaching of group leaders.
Personal Qualifications
Spirit Led
Believes in the Lord, Jesus Christ as the son of God.
Fully_noemailmitted to church services.
Acknowledges that God created man to be with woman.
The ability to follow Gods word.
Conduct baptisms, wedding ceremonies & funeral services.

 

About Community Church of Centerville :

We are a small group of 25-30 people. The average age of the congregation is 50-55. We hope to grow our congregation when we find the right pastor.
