Job Description:
This paid role is ideal for a student or young adult passionate about ministry and eager to gain hands-on experience in leadership. The position involves:
Leading our youth ministry for grades 7–12, fostering spiritual growth, discipleship, and community.
Planning and facilitating weekly youth gatherings, events, and outreach opportunities.
Collaborating with our pastoral team to cultivate a Christ-centered environment for teens to grow in faith and purpose.

Compensation: $20,000–$24,000 annually (based on experience)

A committed follower of Christ who demonstrates a consistent walk with God both publicly and privately
Spiritually, emotionally, and relationally healthy, with a growing devotional life
A servant-hearted, team-oriented leader who aligns with the vision and values of Converge Life Church
2+ years of experience in youth ministry or similar leadership roles (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and parents
Passionate about reaching and discipling youth, with a heart for evangelism and spiritual formation
Agreement with the Constitution and By-Laws of Converge Life Church
Desired Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational abilities
Creativity and innovation in engaging youth through relevant ministry methods
Ability to build, inspire, and develop volunteer teams
Familiarity with planning youth events, small groups, and outreach initiatives
Proficiency with basic technology and media platforms used in youth ministry

Fully engaged in the mission, vision, and community life of Converge Life Church
Flexible and energized by dynamic, people-focused ministry work
