Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time worship and connections pastor. This person will be working alongside the lead pastor to lead and care for the church body. You will lead worship services and work to connect others with our church, including the management of small groups and outreach activities. About Island Baptist Church:

Qualifications:

This person should have qualifications to be a pastor, i.e. seminary bible training preferrable.
