Job Qualifications:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of successful church ministry experience
Experience in a supervisory role over ministry staff
A Masters of Divinity from an accredited institution
Multicultural ministry experience
Experience in or an appreciation of local and global missions
Ideally, the candidate is available to fill the role in or before Spring 2026
