Lead Pastor
Reports to: Board of Elders
Status: Full-Time
The Lead Pastor of The Bridge Church will shepherd and equip the congregation, provide spiritual leadership, and oversee the teaching and vision of the church in alignment with Scripture and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
-Prepare and deliver biblically sound sermons weekly
-Oversee teaching ministry and ensure theological alignment
Leadership and Vision
-Lead the Church in casting and implementing vision and strategy
-Supervise and mentor staff and ministry leaders
Pastoral Care
-Shepherd leaders, staff and members, offering guidance and encouragement to those serving in -ministry roles
Administration
-Collaborate with Elders on church oversight
-Manage Church budget
-Ensure effective collaboration among staff

About The Bridge Church:
The Bridge is a non-denominational, Bible-Believing church located in Alexandria, Kentucky, a community of about 11,000 people, just 20 minutes South of Cincinnati, Ohio. We are an inter generational congregation with 635 people in weekly attendance who gather each week to worship, grow and serve together.

Job Qualifications:
Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to biblical authority
Experience in pastoral leadership or preaching
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Seminary degree or equivalent theological training
Experience leading a church of similar size or context
