About Living Faith Alliance Church:
Living Faith Alliance is seeking a new ministry leader to come join us at a critical time in the life of our church. We have been through a season of challenge, loss and also growth and believe God is giving us vision for our little outpost of His kingdom in Cumberland County. We have been learning to work together as a team, making prayer more central to all that we do, and trying to be more sensitive to God's leading.
We want to be a people that are pursuing all of Jesus for all of life. We do that by focusing on 4 circles of relationship where we believe Jesus wants to strategically bring his influence: in our lives, in our homes, in our church family, and in our community. We are looking for a leader with experience who is still excited to learn and partner together. Job Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
2 years ministry experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
In full agreement with The Christian and Missionary Alliance Doctrinal Statement (https://cmalliance.org/who-we-are/our-faith-and-mission/)
Track record of growing disciples, caring for people and developing leaders
Have lead or managed a team of people
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed or ordained
10 years ministry experience
Masters degree
2 years ministry experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
