Job Description:
Christ the King Baptist Church is seeking a spiritually mature, musically gifted, and pastorally minded Christian man who will serve as our Associate Pastor of Worship and Discipleship. This dual role is designed for a leader who is called to assist in the shepherding of God's people through worship and the Word, while also supporting the broader ministries of the church. The Associate Pastor of Worship and Discipleship will work closely with the Senior Pastor and leadership team to carry out the Church's vision:
Christ the King Baptist Church exists to glorify God by equipping and encouraging Christian families to train up successive generations of committed disciples of Jesus Christ. We will advance the Kingdom of God throughout the world by evangelizing individuals, transforming social and civic organizations to conform to the commands of Scripture, and converting nations under the banner of Christ the King

Job Qualifications:
A testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a life that reflects biblical qualifications for pastoral leadership (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9).
A married man who loves his wife with a sacrificial and covenantal love that reflects the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Affirm alignment with the doctrinal statement and vision of Christ the King Baptist Church; CTKBC Statement of Faith and Church Covenant. Also, the ideal candidate will agree with the following: Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy, The Danvers Statement on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood, and the Apostles and Nicene Creeds.
Seminary education (strongly preferred) or equivalent theological and ministry training.
Proficient in vocal and/or instrumental leadership; able to lead congregational worship confidently.
At least 3 years of ministry experience in a pastoral or worship leader role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Humble, teachable spirit and a heart for discipleship and unity in
