Job Description:
Exciting opportunity for a personable and trustworthy self starter to work with a leading ministry team at the First Presbyterian Church of Lake Forest, IL.
Provide support to the Worship Planning team and engage the congregation in Lay Ministries such as Liturgists, Ushers, and Chancel Guild.
Work with the Associate Pastor for Mission, the Mission Committee and the Board of Deacons to ensure work with mission partners is managed smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include direct_noemailmunication with all mission partners, coordination of volunteer opportunities for church members and support as needed for fundraising initiatives.
Minimum qualifications are Bachelor's Degree; 3 years in an office environment; proficiency with MS Office and inte_noemail skills; experience and understanding of Protestant worship traditions.
