Job Description:

Calvary Chapel of Fort Worth is seeking a spiritually-driven individual to fill the full-time position of Worship Pastor. This position is responsible for developing,_noemailanizing and planning all music programs in worship services and special events. Duties include utilizing talents of current music team, incorporating musical talents of congregation, recruiting talented musicians/vocalists, blending musical genres from contemporary to classic, and leading music team in vocals and instrumentals.

QUALIFICATIONS: Technically sound as performer (preferably in acoustic guitar), strong leadership skills, good motivator, seasoned singer, sufficient knowledge of scripture and Christian music, broad music appeal with young and old worshippers, ability to develop talent, confident leader, possess a mature walk of Christian faith. Bible and/or music degree desirable, but not required. Some music ministry experience needed.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead worship at two weekly Sunday services and Wednesday night service, conduct weekly rehearsals for the praise band, embrace and support church mission and goals as active member.
